Hi, I would like to log a complaint and raise a dispute about this company. I will be raising with this with clear pay and I will also be reporting this company to trading standards. This company sent me almost £200 worth of very poor quality items, badly packaged and looked nothing like the images. I had bought the items as gifts and wanted to return. The return process states there is “14 days” to return but yet you don’t receive the item for weeks and then there was almost a week of me practically begging to get a return address (this then used up half of the time limit for returns). Really the returns should be from the time you were provided the returns address as it would have been IMPOSSIBLE to return items without this. But the company have refused my return after returning over 30 days ago, paying another £40 for sending it back. I am disgusted that a company believe they can do this and I will be reporting this company to every place I possibly can. Including clear pay who provided the payment option as the company are scamming people. I now am almost £250 down with no items . Can someone advise how I make an official complaint to this SCAMMING company , I have also now requested legal advice. Anyone else who has been subject to this scamming website please get in contact, if my profile is blocked from the page I have lots of friends who are getting on board. The staff are rude, and dismissive of the fact they have stolen from people. Lisa-Marie
