Horrendous company. My dress came that I ordered but it was different to the dress on the picture. I got in touch with the company and they offered me a £5 coupon to put towards something else or a 20% partial refund (which worked out less than £5). I explained I wanted a full refund as my dress was faulty and not as described but they cut off the conversation (each reply takes 24hours also). They told me it is not worth sending it back as it costs too much to ship back to the US and instead to gift it to a friend. Terrible customer service, poor quality products, I will not be shopping here again!
