Worse Return experience ever! Not to mention some of their clothes quality are terrible. Returned my items never received a refund. They keep asking me the weight of a flat rate package. If you return an item you have to submit a ticket for them to look at the weight you entered and compare it with their weight to see if you deserve a refund! What in the world!
