Bought a longer length jacket (£25 + £3.99 postage), received a waist length see-through black shirt type jacket(!) with a belt. I have messaged to say I will be returning it and want a full refund. I have been offered, after days of messaging - 20% of the price and to give the jacket to a friend! Return postage is over £20 so it’d be nearly £50 for something that won’t be worn and is of no use to anyone other than a cat blanket with sleeves… don’t waste your time, effort and money
