I received my items within 12 days but want to return 6 out of 8 of them as the quality isn't very good. I have contacted them to arrange a return & refund as per their policy but have been advised it's not possible currently due to COVID shipping issues. The refund should be for £60 and instead they offered a 10% refund and can keep the items or just 15% off my next order. I have challenged them and have now been offered a 20% refund and can keep the items. I don't want to keep the items! My only other option is to ship them from the UK to US and pay for shipping if I want a full refund, despite their website stating they have warehouses around the globe and you can return to your nearest one!
