Awful experience. Waited a fortnight for my product, an issue I was willing to over look should the product have been worth the wait. Unfortunately it was not. Shoddy product, ill fitting. Oh well, no matter I thought, I'll just pack it up, return and get my money back, but no. Customers have to issue a 'ticket' to Customer Service, who barter customers a deal. Keep the product they said, and offered me a 30% refund. They don't want the product back due to high shipping costs, but I don't want it. I'll never wear it, and just want to return the dress and be issued a refund, but apparently this is all to much for this company, who think it's perfectly acceptable to offer me £10 to settle the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Delivery is slow, products are poor quality, and they won't give you your money back.
