DO NOT ORDER FROM CHIC ME. They are a scam. I ordered $200 worth of merchance and contacted customer service within 30 minutes of receiving the items to initiate the return process and obtain a return address and was told would be contacted by someone in 48 hours. I received an email asking me to list the SKU # of all the items I wanted to return and reason and was informed that swimwear, lingere, jewellry and accesories were non returnable. Of course this information was not listed by the product or in my cart when I was checking out. The clothing is thin, cheap, sizing is off and not as displayed on the website. This is basically a marketing scam. Now I am out $200 for clothing I cannot use. I am still waiting for them to respond to my email. Whatever you do , no not order from this website, better to give your funds to a homeless person or donate to charity. This is not a reputatble company. Stay clear of them.
