Con artists!!! I have been trying to get the returns address to return some of the items from my order as some were too big but two blazers were falsely advertised due to showing picture of thick quality but on arrival the blazer were very thin and not as advertised. They ignored my first and second request, the third request they took 4 days between each message to reply asking various questions one at a time. Like are you sending the whole order back? Then how many items? Then can we ask you to give product code of every item your returning? Then can we ask why your returning them? I answered all the questions within 24hrs to then be told sorry you cannot return the items totalling to £80+ As your returns period has expired. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!
