If there was an option to give no stars I would. I have just returned an item and paid £16 to do so to some random address in the US and it has been nothing but stress! I have asked to make a formal complaint of which they have not acknowledged as the entire process has been difficult and speaking to their incompetent customer service has been a nightmare. God knows if I’ll get the refund now! Do not shop here! Poor quality and a refund and returns process like no other!
