I wish I could give zero stars however, one will do. I ordered two jackets back on November 8th. I received an email stating it was delivered on the 24th of November. Since then I have been trying to reach agents via email and their WhatsApp to help assist me. I am still with out my item or a refund and it is now the 10th of December. Just 15 short days until Christmas and I have been completely ripped off. This is the first and last time I buy with them. If you’re looking to shop I advise finding a business more reputable with reliable customer service.
