What went wrong is Chicme false advertising. I bought what look to be an ankle length thick fluffy cardigan for £30 when it arrived 3 1/2 weeks later was a knee length flimsy short sleeve piece of crochet rubbish, I couldn't believe. I asked for immediate refund as this was not the advertised order, after 3 days was then given returns address in US which cost £23 as they requested a tracking number. SCAM. There must be a way to stop this company 🤬
