Seems to be a running theme that it is impossible to return any items. The chic me representative I am speaking to has had a back and forth conversation with me for a week. Basically saying, it will cost you £20 to return to USA so we will give you 30% refund. The reason am returning is due to the quality and style of the item. I don't want it and I want my money back..... but it looks as though this will be impossible. My advise is to avoid at all costs
