DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I bought a dress from them it took 2 weeks to arrange and once received the dress was not like the dress advertised. I contacted them explaining I had received the wrong item. They had the cheek to say to me we can offer you 10% off your next order for me to keep the dress. Which I responded No Ive received the wrong item so send me a return postage label and I will return back to them for a full refund. They then replied it’s the customer’s responsibility to pay for return shipping (Which is in USA) and I’m in the UK How is it my responsibility to send it back to them if they sent me the wrong item in the first place? COMPLETE RUBBISH COMPANY
