I wish I knew better. The website looks professional: model's measurements, the item measurements, the fit, etc... so I ordered Dec11. My initial delivery date was Dec 26. It's a Xmas item so I hoped they would know what they doing. But It came January 3rd. Well, I am stuck but I said ok, I'd save it for next Christmas I guess? I wanted to cry when it came like nooo. The color advertised was dark red, I received bright red orangy. God that was the color I was avoiding. The pattern oh my! I posted picture on their website to show how cheap made it was. I wouldn't mind if I pay 5$ like on Aliexpress. At least I know what to expect and most of the time it turns to be good. But it's 40$ CAD.H&M does way better but I wanted to be "Chic".It said oversized. I took 1 size above, it's a bodysuit! But when reviewing the product, the only option available is "true to size". How can you see that it's a huge V-neck? From the pictures and the description, they don't say it at all. I hate V-neck. The return process? They offer 5$ coupon like you would come back after all! The nerve!!! After 4 days of explaining that I don't want the item for obvious reasons, the"final offer" is 30% of your return. They are hiding that you have to send it back to the US, regardless of where you are located, no return label, you pay it your way. They don't even try to understand your problem, all they said is like : "how about 5% discount", then "how about 10% discount then?" PLEASE PLEASE PEOPLE, SAVE YOURSELF HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, PLEASE.
