First and foremost the clothing is extremely cheap and very poor quality. Competitors have much better quality, much! When I reached out to begin the return process it took them forever to get back to me. Then, I received a bunch of what seemed to me as automated responses trying to negotiate; offering 10% off my next order if I kept everything - what? No! I spent over $100 - take your stuff back and refund my money - simple. Except it’s not - at least for them! I paid to return the item - they never sent a shipping label. Then, they claimed the weight was different so they said my refund would “fail”. When I asked if they removed all of the contents from the package to confirm they’ve received everything - no response. I had to get my card company involved. Horrific! Worst experience I’ve ever had. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TOME/MONEY not worth it! Be careful!!
