I ordered my mum a dress for her 5 weeks ago it's gone missing I have a tracking number I drive to a Hermes depot to be told that parcel is not with them as told by chic me to me the day before@! I have sent emails,,watts app,,complaints and they keep sending me back automated messages and not a actually helping me,,I've asked for a new order to be sent out and let them chase their own missing parcel and not even had a reply...terrible service I'm so angry ..money taken straight away but now I cant even get a new order a refund or a person to help me
