My first order for my partner 5 items ordered 5 .12.2021 arrived after Christmas.on arrival 2 of the items namely lingerie had faults factory seconds 1 garment had only 2 suspenders instead of four another had a suspender clasp missing .Spoke with customer service via message and response was good but slow.After explaining everything they offered 20% of the price back I refused and said I wanted the garment in 100% new condition this is what I have ordered I was then sent a reply with a higher offer 30% off I had to reply saying if I bought a new car I wouldn't want to recieve it with no wheels I want a replacement not money off. CHICMEthen sent 2 replacements and it arrived much quicker only to be disappointed that they had sent another replacement with only 2 suspenders the other garment this time was OK. I contacted Chicme again to complain and asked why they sent another garment the sMe with only 2 suspenders obviously factory second. I sent photos of the garments with only 2 suspenders and then a photo shot of there advertisement of the same garment showing front view and back view on the model with r suspender belts.Chic Me apologised and offered me 30% back off item . I can not believe I do not want faulty clothes I'm not interested in faulty discount clothes I'm interested in what I've paid for. They said they can not give me a 100% refund as the system does not allow them. I have now asked for a full refund on the item and a return package at there expense after a why should I pay for a faulty item sent .
Chic Me you have the evidence of faulty clothing via photo given within minutes of received delivery. Do not treat your customers this way it is not a way to have a successful business.
I have been patient but to wasted time and contact. I'm now waiting for your response and if not a genuine replacement or a full refund I will contact my payment A.erican Express with all communication
