DO NOT use this website unless you feel confident about using them. Their clothing is really bad quality and you have absolutely no chance of getting a refund. They will only give you a credit note or a bit of money off your next item which is useless. Its a great way of making a profit - knowing that customers will want to return a product but Chic me will not send you your money back!! Seems like a scam to me.
