Chicme is a total ripoff! I'd give them minus 20 stars if it were possible. Do NOT BUY from this website. I bought 8 dresses for my wife for (Christmas 2021) and only one of them fit right. I contacted CS to go through the return process and that was a complete waste of time. After 6 or 7 correspondences they only wanted to offer me a 10% refund??? Wha??? I literally bought 8 dresses. They were all put back in their original bags with the tags...I was like NO...I don't want a 10% coupon for these dresses I want a refund. Here's the next part of the transcript: Hello,​ We are sorry that our products did not satisfy you. Is a 20% refund and keep the product acceptable? Customer service Nancy I'm like NO...Why would I only want 20% of my money back and have to keep products that were totally useless to me? Bottomline....STAY AWAY if you want to keep your money and your sanity.
