DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They will not allow you to return items. I bought 2 items that were too large, and wanted to return them. When I submitted a ticket they responded by offering me a 5% discount on my next purchase, or 10% off the items that I wanted to return. They told me to keep the items, which of course are of no use to me. The lowest rating you can give is one star, but ChicMe doesn't deserve any part of a single star. This is the worst company and customer service ever! See below for part of the response I received initially. Thanks to the other customers who have taken the time to write a review, I've heard that when you do push hard they will give you an address to return to (which I have now been given), but then customers do not receive a refund because either the items were not returned within 14 days from the delivery date, or they say the weight of the returned package is less than the originally delivered package. I am cutting my losses and will NEVER shop at ChicMe ever again. "1，How about we compensate you a $5 cash coupon or a 5% off coupon for your next order? 2，Will you accept 10% partial refund of the unfit item(s), and also you can keep it?"
