They are a joke!!! Return policy is a fluke. My package was returned in a flat rate box. The receipt omitted the weight. So now I’m told to get another receipt from the Post Office. Unfortunately it doesn’t work that way. Your return obviously goes by the weight. They are saying they can’t open the box. So how in the hell do they know what’s in it? I will NEVER buy again from them or recommend. Read the other reviews from other people. Wish I had known.
