I bought many outfits from them! I am a good customer.. But two outfits were mad cheaply and didn’t fit right on me and were not flattering at all. When I’m a small / medium size woman.. They refused to give me an address to send it to for the return . Then they kept waiting my time with 10 percent refund for an outfits I can’t wear at all that is huge on me in the waist and super tight on my breast.. So what would do with something this bad.. I politely asked for a refund, then they email me another 24 hours later, saying it’s lingerie and playing dumb, when it’s a cocktail dress and not lingerie! Wow their horrible for doing this! Then I correct them again and explain their mistake and then a 20 percent refund they keep asking me when I can not wear these dresses.. I ask for a refund so I can send it back at my expense.. Then they keep waisting my time so the 14 days is up and u can’t return it.. pretty clever tactic on their end to screw you!! I keep asking for their return address over and over and over and over and over again.. which they still will not provide me with, hoping my time limit runs out! So now you know, whatever garbage you order from them , you will never ever get your money back!! How’s that for customer service??? Terrible company !!
