Although their site guarantees a 100% refund for items that you want to return I have had trouble receiving a refund as they won’t provide me a return address and keep offering that I keep the item and only receive a partial refund although the item is not a good fit. I still haven’t received a refund. DONT BUY FROM THEM!!
