Infuriating! I’ve been asking for a refund for over a month and the responses I get are deal they try to make with me. They’ve offered me $5 coupon for the next order. The offered me 20% off, 10% refund, after I kept saying no, they’d try again and offer me a 30% refund. They won’t allow me to send me $158 order back. I’ve never dealt with such BS from an online store. The clothing I ordered was for an event 8 days later. Nothing had shipped yet! It took 6 weeks to have my completed order. Everything smells like vinegar and is very poor quality. I have to call my credit card company and ask for advice because ChicMe’s 100% return policy is a lie.
