Ordered a little more than 360.00 in product from them. Never received it, although, FedEx said they delivered. Turns out it went to wrong address. FedEx said chicme had to file the claim since they were the original senders and owner of package. Informed representative of this, received about 5 to 6 emails stating basically I'm on my own. The last one written by Bella stated "your package was delivered, you can complain to the logistics company." Rude and poor customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would. That don't care about their customers.
