When I received the item it did not look anything like the picture. It wasn't even the same material. I did what I was suppose to do to get a refund. They offered me a discount on any other order. When I refused and asked for my refund, they stop responding to me. Since they sent me a "welcome" on Facebook messenger, I sent them a message that way. They told me I could keep they item and they would refund me 10% of the purchase price. That would be basically $10.00. If I actually wanted the item, I would have to spend so much money to have it altered (the sizing is way off). They also refused to give me the mailing address to return the item. Stating it would be expensive. I let them know I work for the post office and I will determine if it's expensive or not. I also threatened to give a review on Yelp and report them to the FTC. Needless to say, they gave me the address and stated I had 14 days to return and the sent me another message stating I had 2 days. I've sent the package and I'm waiting to see if they'll give me back my full refund. This company is a sham. Why don't they have the address for returns? Buyers be warn!
