My husband purchased 4 items for my upcoming Birthday. With shipping issues, it was over 2 weeks arrival before my Birthday. When we attempted to exchange/return several of the items, it was not possible due to their return policy.
We will never order from this site again, we were so disappointed with their lack of understanding and consideration!!!
