My gut feeling was not to buy from this company and I was right. I purchased a pair of shoes from them that are small I can’t even put them on my feet! So what do I do? Ask for a refund because I paid full price and it says on their website you can get a refund. No, they don’t. They keep playing this game with me saying . . . We’ll give you 10% back and you can keep the shoes. I say no thank you. Then they say, we’ll give you 15% back and you can keep the shoes. I say no thank you. Then they’ll offer 20% back and say I can keep the shoes. They keep going up small increments of percentage back and the shoes no matter how many times I say no. Their final offer was 50% and I can keep these awful shoes. They would never give my full amount back. Terrible customer service! Do not buy from them. Awful quality clothes and they do not honor their refund policy.
