Their customer service is quick to respond but TERRIBLE at resolving issues to customer's satisfaction!!!! Imagine paying for something you want to return and being told that you can keep it and they will refund you 1% of what you paid!!! Seriously??? They actually have 3 options for returning something.........none of which are right or fair to the customer. They finally offered me 30% of my money back or return it but I have to pay for shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!
