I’ve spent three days trying to get a return address from them. Every response from them just offers me higher compensation e.g 10% off my next order, a partial refund (that increases.) My item does not fit, why would I want to keep it. I don’t think I could resell it because of how it doesn’t fit, I don’t think it would fit anyone else either.
