Not happy at all. I requested cancel before my items shipped out and TWO representatives stopped responding. The third representative came on and said already shipped, disposition changed quickly after my cancellation request and there's alot more but it's a shady company. No immediate customer service available and responses in 24 hour increments. Not something I want to be a part of
