Absolutely appalling!!!
Sent me an item that does not match the description. It is nothing like the picture of description. (Picture shows what was on the web site vs what was received)
They are being incredibly difficult refusing to pay postage to return item even though their terms clearly state if their error
They are a lying cheating company and should be avoided at all costs!!!!
