Ok my story is EXACTLY the same as everyone else’s. I bought clothes from CHICME they came, bad quality, too small, tried returning them, and got the run around with discounts etc.
I WANT TO GIVE YOU A LIGHT AT THE END OF A VERY BAD TUNNEL THAT I HAVE BEEN SO LUCKY TO GET! And I got all my money back plus the postage!!! Yes that’s right, there was no way I was letting them get away with it!!!
I went straight to PayPal, we have consumer buying cover with PayPal, I lodged a dispute through PayPal and sent photographs of all the contact that I had with CHICME. They did the rest, they contacted ChicMe got the address and yes I had to send it back but I also got the funds frozen and held by PayPal, no deductions from ChicMe for handling, postage, blah blah blah.
So when I sent it back.. yes it was expensive… but PayPal covered that out of pocket expense also. What people don’t understand is that we have a $45 a year out of pocket coverage for postage with PayPal for sending back products that are ie broken, not of description, quality etc. I lodged my postage receipt with PayPal and I just got that also paid… I got everything back.
So suck it CHICME… you are not getting my hard earned money!!!
