Beware, getting your refund is not easy. I ordered 5 items, they are all too small. Items were not true to size and poor quality materials. I asked for a return ticket and have been offered a 10% discount if I keep the items. I explained that they are no use to me and I wanted to return them for a full refund. I was then offered 30% discount.... I refused again, then was offered 35% discount. Please be aware, it is not easy to get your money refunded and I still haven't resolved anything as yet. I've read some reviews and is seems they use this tactic to get beyond the 14 day return deadline and then they refuse a refund. I'm still waiting for a returns ticket.
