These people don’t like refunding you. Even after they have received items back. Have escalated to pay pal. They tried to get me to close case. With the promise of my refund straight away. Tried telling me they can’t refund while case is pending. Contacted Pay pal and was told to do no such thing. They know full well if I closed the case before refund I wouldn’t have a leg to stand on.
