In the process of trying to make a return and refund, which is turning out to be extremely difficult. They offer a 10% discount to keep the items, then 30%, now they say I can't return a bra (other companies do) not only is the return cost down to me but I will also incur a return processing fee of which they can't yet confirm the amount. How is this acceptable. The clothes don't fit, quality is poor, I just want a refund. Never ordering from Chick-me ever again!! Warning... avoid at all cost!!!
