I am still waiting for my refund from three months ago!! When I made the order it was processing for over a week so I writ to them saying I want to cancel the whole order as there’s no option to cancel… so it’s been canceled but I have got no refund, They keep emailing back the same thing for me to reorder.. as I told them I have a holiday that’s why I ordered so long ago so it had time to be delivered but now I have items from PLT I just want my money back!!!
