Awful company, I ordered a dress for a wedding, they put the incorrect address on for postage and therefore I did not receive it. I asked for a refund and they told me that they won’t refund me over £18 in shipping fees because the address is incorrect. When I pointed out that was their fault the rude rep “Quinn” stated that it’s not her fault “I can’t even put the correct address in”. When I sent her screenshots from their site showing them that it is impossible to put the wrong address in as it asks for a postcode and then MAKES me choose a house number, I still got nowhere. Rather than just admit they were wrong they would rather do this. This is the second time this had happened and I will never order from them again. For anyone who can’t get their money back just go to your bank and complain about the situation and they will refund you the money. Chic me won’t want to challenge banks especially if they know they are wrong
