I order two pairs of shoes and two outfits that were not true to size so I didn’t want to be bothered with an exchange, so I had to email back and forth to get the address to return the items after several weeks. They advised me I was responsible for shipping, which I did without argument. They requested the the tracking number which was given, but again with the stall tactics, they need a picture of my receipt. I am still waiting for a refund and have received response yet either. NEVER AGAIN!!!
