This company doesn't even deserve one star. What a joke. Every other online company I deal with will offer a full refund or credit on your order, because realistically, you have to try them on to see if they fit. Not this company, I spent $400 in good faith, got my packages, nothing fitted (even though I read through all their sizing options and choose appropriately). Nothing. Not one thing!! So as disappointed as I was, I thought 'oh, well, that was a waste of time, but I'll just take a refund.' Contacted the company and they wasted enough time so that it was outside of the 14 days return, and at the absolute most, want me to pay to send the clothes back (more than happy with that when you are getting a full refund), but on $400 worth of clothes, they are offering back $40 and I can keep the clothes. The clothes that don't fit and I don't want !!!! What an absolutely joke. The clothes can go to charity and I have enough money that this won't change my life, but I want others to be aware of their terrible practices before being sucked in by this site. DO NOT BUY FROM CHICME - EVER.....
