I agree with everyone's post. This customer service is not helpful. They try to low ball you on items you did not receive because they do not want to refund you your money or remail missing items. I sent pictures of all the items I received along with the package that appeared that someone opened and they still try to give me $20 than the $85 worth of items that where missing.
