Chic me won't honor their return. For 7 days everyday they ask for bag sku photos. I send them. Next day they ask again. I send. My emails show the pictures when forwarded to verify. They just keep this circle to never have to help me. Also, sizes are not true to size. I am a 12 and ordered a Large. Even the XL is too small. Almost as if sizes are child sized. Quality and defects are evidently bad.
