If you like the product, GREAT! But if you don't, they won't give you a full refund as promised. They offered me a 20% refund and to keep the product. I don't want the product, it doesn't fit. I said I want a full refund. Your website says we get a full refund, 20% is not a full refund. So then they offered me a 5% refund
