Ok as long as the items fit.. refunds is 20% off the items value or 10% off your next order (their website discounts better) and you keep it.... who wants clothes that are too big or small filling up closet space.... So make sure you get your sizing right as the refund and returns are an insult. Atleast shein give FULL refunds.
