I purchased 2 pair of shoes. I was unable to wear them. I returned them. They requested a copy of the receipt. I sent it. Again, they asked for it. By that time, I received confirmation that the shoes had been delivered. I sent that notice to them. As of today, Nov. 4, 2022, they are still asking for receipt. I regret the day I bought from this company. I have never had a problem like this with any other company. There’s no other way of contacting them except by email. Phone numbers don’t work. I’ve tried.
