Beware this is not a UK based company. Another one called elenachicuk is probably same company.
The picture is nothing like the received article. To get a full refund you must pay postage to USA or delay tactics of 20% refund and keep rubbish product. Sandal purchased looked like leather in picture but received cheap plastic with sewing that looked like a 5 year old had done. The name at the end of the email probably doesn't exist. And the 5star reviews probably written by them.
