I have gone through the same issues as everyone else here. I am still in contact trying to get a replacement item that was the wrong size noted by them. I don't think I will have much luck getting it or receiving a credit for the full amount. Complaining to the fox that is in charge of the hen house is totally a waste of your time. I have notified the company that I will be reporting their business practices to the Attorney Generals Office that oversees complaints about such companies. I suggest you do the same. I have always gotten results this way. To take peoples money like this is FRAUD plain and simple. Don't give in, as others will pay the price of you doing nothing about it...I will be filing a complaint tomorrow against this company. They are giving me the run around with responses that are dead ends in order to not pay out or rectify the problem.
