Chic Me does not have a return option. Well let me correct myself they have one on the website but you can’t access it. They want you to email them, which I had to do 4 times before a response. Also when I asked how could I return 2 pair of shoes and some jeans for a bigger size, there response was can I keep them and they will give me 10% or $10 off my next order. Uhmmmmmm NO. Was my response. How dose that sound. Then the next email was I can return them but I would have to pay for the items to be returned. Horrible customer service and false advertising.
