I ordered a pair of shoes from this company. I ordered the shoes half a size bigger than my normal size and the shoes were still too small. It looks like I need to go up an additional size. I asked the company if I could exhange the shoes and they keep offering me a partial refund even though I informed them that I only want to exchange the shoes. I even asked them if I pay for the return if I could get a 100% refund and they only keep offering me a partial refund. This company is a complete scam and I would advise you not to shop here if you don't like throwing money in the trash. I will try to get my refund from my bank and report this company as a fraudulent company.
