Do not use this company!!!! I ordered a Christmas sweater and Christmas leggings on 19 November. Plenty of time to deliver before my Christmas party on 8 December, right? Wrong! After two weeks, I received an email saying the leggings were out of stock. This meant it was too late to order a replacement. I emailed them (3 times) and told them not to ship the sweater as it wouldn't arrive in time. They replied that I should be patient! They ignored me and shipped it anyway. It arrived 2 days late for my event (as I said it would). They are now saying they won't refund me unless I pay the shipping costs to return it to China. Disgusting service and bad attitude when they ignored my instructions to cancel the order (before it shipped). They offered me a $5 voucher and said I could keep the sweater. I don't need it now. They don't want to give refunds and eventually start ignoring your emails and you are left with a product you don't want/doesn't fit/broken etc. Avoid Chic Me at all costs. They are unethical in their business dealings. Support your local traders instead and save yourself a lot of problems.
